Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my files?

The moment your payment goes through, you'll get a download link by email AND on the order-confirmation page. Files are PDFs and/or Canva edit links.

How long do I have to download?

Download links stay active for at least 60 days. We also keep your order in your account, so you can re-download anytime.

Can I edit the designs?

Yes — invitations and templates open in Canva (free or Pro). You can change text, colors, photos, and resize on desktop, tablet, or phone.

What's included?

You get high-resolution PDFs (US Letter + A4 where applicable) and/or a Canva template link. Each product page lists exactly what's in the file.

Can I print at home?

Yes. We recommend matte or cardstock paper. You can also use a local print shop (Staples, FedEx, Vistaprint, etc.) or upload to an online printer.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is broken or won't open, email us — we'll fix it the same day. See our Refund Policy.

Can I use the designs commercially?

Most personal-use products are for personal use only (parties, gifts, your own wedding). Social media + flyer templates allow limited commercial use for your own service business — you cannot resell or redistribute the file. Full terms on each product page.
