Refund Policy

Digital products: all sales final

Because every FlowWork Studio product is a digital download delivered instantly at checkout, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been delivered. All sales are final.

If something is wrong with your file

If your download is broken, won't open, or doesn't match the product description, email etsy@yastikmedya.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will fix the file or send a replacement — usually the same day.

EU consumers

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent. By completing checkout you confirm you understand the product is delivered immediately and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.
