Refund policy

At FlowWork Studio, we sell digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions:

• If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement immediately.
• If you did not receive your download link after purchase, contact us and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
